About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Document current and future-state processes using standard modeling techniques
- Develop recommendations for process changes and support implementation activities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure processes align with program objectives and compliance requirements
- Support development of performance measures and monitoring mechanisms for key processes
- Prepare and present process analysis findings and recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a US citizen
- TS/SCI clearance
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Journeyman: Minimum three years of experience in business process analysis or related functional area
- Journeyman: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Senior: Minimum ten years of experience in business process analysis or related functional area
- Senior: Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience conducting process improvement initiatives in support of DoD or similar organizations
