About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to ensure developed software meets defined or standardized quality specifications
Review source code and configuration files and provide software engineering resolution support
Perform coding tasks for features/functions and functional/performance tests
Conduct peer design and code reviews
Perform coding and scripting for software build, packaging, and deployment
Review, prepare, and analyze documentation, planning, requirements, design, support, and test materials
Create and execute test scripts and report findings and functionality
Develop test plans and reports and coordinate government test events with program offices, contractors, users, AFOTEC, and external agencies
Lead planning, management, and execution of independent government DT&E; act as Lead DT&E POC
Lead Test Readiness Reviews and support Production Readiness Reviews
Serve as Secretariat for the Integrated Testing Team and Chair Deficiency Review Boards
Develop test objectives, detailed test cases, procedures, scenarios, and test-related metrics
Evaluate operational feasibility across analysis, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
Conduct systems analysis and recommend policy and procedural changes
Apply OPLAN knowledge and work with J37 Leadership on structural plan changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a US citizen
Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibility
Sec+ or IAM II Equivalent certification
High School Diploma
Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, including 5 years supporting the DoD
Strong knowledge and experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong hands-on software design and coding experience
Understanding of Agile software methodology and processes
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with 3 years supporting the DoD (preferred)
Prior RBS or infrastructure services experience (preferred)
