About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide test support during all phases of SMPES software and systems modernization
Evaluate delivered software capabilities against operational mission tasks in coordination with users and developers
Develop and maintain SMPES test plans, test strategies, and related products
Provide operational test and training expertise to USSTRATCOM J56 leadership, FMO Test and Training leads, and stakeholders
Support the SMPES Product Owner on system development and modernization efforts
Develop operational scenarios for training and test events
Provide operational test expertise during development and production of Test Plans
Produce after-action reports for SMPES test events
Attend Discrepancy Reviews, Sprint Reviews, Product Owner meetings, and other required meetings
Provide operational training expertise during capability development
Draft, review, and produce operational training materials
Update training materials to reflect current software releases and sprints
Provide training on SMPES capabilities to operational user organizations
Author briefings and papers supporting USSTRATCOM J56 Test and Training leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a US citizen
Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance
Bachelor's Degree
12 or more years of relevant experience, including 5 years of DoD experience
1 year of Operational Test experience
2 years of training development experience
2 years of NC3 system hands-on operational experience
1 year of experience in Agile/DevOps practices
