About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide onsite administrative support and coordination during all phases of project life cycles
  • Support the AFRL customer as a client-facing contact and help resolve customer issues
  • Coordinate security processing of employees on contract and during onboarding
  • Monitor program financials and coordinate with the Program Manager
  • Perform project and office administration tasks under the direction of the Program Manager
  • Arrange calendars and schedule meetings
  • Manage files, collect data, create reports, proofread, conduct research, and develop and maintain project deliverables
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other project-related events
  • Organize project committee meetings and prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and other meeting collateral
  • Receive, screen, log, and route correspondence; maintain follow-up systems for actions and deadlines
  • Transcribe and record key decisions and action items from meetings
  • Collaborate with project teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must have and be able to maintain a Top-Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Local to the Kirtland AFB metro area
  • Ability to provide onsite administrative support and coordination during all phases of a project life cycle
  • Experience performing project and office administration tasks, including calendar arrangement, meeting scheduling, collateral production and distribution, file management, data collection, report creation, proofreading, research, project deliverable maintenance, and team collaboration
