About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain a Government-owned technical library of publications and technical data, including technical orders, OEM manuals, configuration guides, and installation guides, in AMC/A6-approved locations such as shared drives and Microsoft Teams
  • Ensure the technical library is accessible to authorized users across all three EACN-supporting sites
  • Manage technical data as Government property and preserve Government ownership through task order completion or termination
  • Support orderly turnover of technical data when required
  • Prevent unauthorized release of technical data and obtain Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative approval before releasing data to outside parties
  • Facilitate completion and maintenance of the EACN Ports, Protocols, and Services matrix under the Air Force PPS program
  • Coordinate with Air Force and contractor stakeholders to collect and validate PPS information and track items to completion
  • Provide security support for packaging, mailing, and receiving classified materials and implementing emergency protection procedures
  • Perform end-of-day checks and complete SF 701 and SF 702 security documentation
  • Support internal security controls for classified materials and high-value pilferable property
  • Access secure rooms, open storage areas, and security containers and use alarm codes or combinations when required and authorized

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five years of experience required
  • Ability to organize and maintain technical publications and configuration/install documentation in approved enterprise repositories (e.g., shared drives/Teams)
  • Ability to support multi-site documentation accessibility and control
  • Experience supporting documentation/compliance processes (e.g., matrices, inventories, tracking actions) with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow Government direction regarding technical data stewardship and release controls (CO/COR approval requirements)
  • Ability to perform security administrative tasks and required checklists/forms (SF 701/SF 702) in accordance with local procedures
  • Preferred: Able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret w/SCI clearance
  • Preferred: Masters Degree
  • Preferred: Prior experience supporting Air Force or DoD programs in a technical documentation control, configuration documentation, or security support role
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Air Force Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) program processes and matrix development/maintenance
  • Preferred: Experience working in controlled areas (secure rooms, security containers, open storage areas) and supporting classified mailing/receiving procedures
