About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and produce SMPES-Recap training materials and courseware for formal training programs, including operational training aids and video-based training
Attend meetings with SMPES-Recap developers and provide operational expertise during initial capability development and post-production implementation, including Discrepancy Reviews and regularly scheduled cross-talk meetings
Provide operational system training to all SMPES-Recap user organizations, including demonstrations, Recap Orientation Courses, ad hoc training events, exercises, and OT&E
Assist LDTO as required to ensure SMPES-Recap testing integration success
Provide operational expertise during development of test plans for SMPES-Recap test and training events, including exercises, test, and OT&E events
Author and execute test plans for SMPES and NPES Recap, including test cases, test reports, test repository, and status tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a US citizen
Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance
Bachelor's Degree
12 or more years of relevant experience, including 5 years of DoD experience
Must work full-time on-site at Offutt AFB in Omaha, Nebraska
