About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and produce SMPES-Recap training materials and courseware for formal training programs, including operational training aids and video-based training
Attend meetings with SMPES-Recap developers and provide operational expertise during initial capability development and post-production implementation phases
Participate in Discrepancy Reviews and regularly scheduled cross-talk meetings
Provide operational system training to all SMPES-Recap user organizations, including demonstrations, orientation courses, ad hoc training events, exercises, and OT&E
Assist LDTO as required to ensure SMPES-Recap testing integration success
Provide operational expertise during development of test plans for SMPES-Recap test and training events
Author and execute test plans for SMPES and NPES Recap, including test cases, test reports, test repository, and status tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a US citizen
Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance
Bachelor's Degree
12 or more years of relevant experience, including 5 years of DoD experience
Must work full-time on-site at Offutt AFB in Omaha, Nebraska
