Research, develop, and implement streamlined technologies across all business lines
Utilize modern technology to develop solutions and platforms for the organization
Move between big-picture thinking and managing relevant detail
Lead investigation of ideas and facilitate discovery efforts, including smart experiments and proofs of concept
Act as an innovation liaison for key stakeholders, leaders, subject matter experts, and external parties
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and remove roadblocks that impede time to value on innovation ideas
Share successful experiments across the enterprise to determine other potential use cases
Partner with junior and senior-level professionals on projects across the team
Work alongside investment professionals to streamline day-to-day activities and create more efficient business workflows
Partner with other technology teams and subject matter experts to provide end-to-end solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
Familiarity with version control (Git) and core software development concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate in a team environment
Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and ask good questions
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT
Understanding of the strengths and limitations of generative AI, including reviewing, testing, and validating AI-generated code
Ability to write effective prompts and iterate on outputs to solve technical problems
Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as LLMs, APIs, or basic model workflows is a plus
Interest in applying AI to improve engineering productivity and real business use cases
Experience with SQL and relational databases is preferred
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, REST APIs, or front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is preferred
Prior internship, co-op, or relevant project experience is preferred
Interest in investing, markets, or the technology that supports them is preferred
