About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and own the operating system for Apollo's Partnerships business
  • Establish processes, systems, data models, governance, ownership, and operating cadence
  • Design partner motions and commercial models from acquisition through renewal
  • Define workflows, incentives, tiering, deal mechanics, attribution, systems requirements, and measurement
  • Own reporting infrastructure, operating definitions, instrumentation, dashboards, and recurring partner-performance reporting
  • Turn partner data into decision-making systems and drive data-quality and attribution remediation
  • Own partner systems requirements, architecture, roadmap, prioritization, and operating model across Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, Apollo, and connected tools
  • Drive ambiguous cross-functional initiatives from structured requirements through execution
  • Improve partner-motion economics and efficiency through process changes, automation, and tooling
  • Own partner-business reporting, partner data quality, attribution, lifecycle and funnel instrumentation, deal registration, commercial operations, agreement administration, revenue-share tracking, and partner-related workflows
  • Coordinate with Partner Managers, Systems, Data Engineering, RevOps Analytics, Finance, Legal, BizOps, Partner Marketing, Academy, and technical resources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Partner Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a related function
  • Experience operating in a B2B SaaS environment and working across multiple GTM functions
  • Direct experience in Partnerships
  • Experience building an operating function from the ground up, including processes, systems, reporting, and governance
  • Strong understanding of partnerships and partner-led motions, including agencies, technology/integration partners, channel programs, or strategic partnerships
  • Understanding of partner economics, attribution, incentives, deal registration, and partner lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical skills with funnel, pipeline, revenue, cohort, and attribution data
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
  • Strategic and operational range, including attribution definitions, Salesforce workflows, and revenue-share processes
  • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High ownership and strong judgment
  • Genuine fluency in leveraging AI and LLM tools for analysis, SQL development, requirements, documentation, data quality investigation, and recommendations
  • Understanding of clean schemas, canonical definitions, semantic documentation, and reliable system interfaces
  • Ability to validate AI-generated outputs and identify when first-principles analysis is required
