About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own features from ticket to production, including data models, APIs, screens, tests, and analytics
Extend the marketing website with fast, responsive, accessible, and search-optimised pages
Collaborate closely with marketing and design
Build and improve product pages end to end
Translate designs and requirements into polished front-end experiences backed by reliable server-side logic
Enhance the forecast engine's logic and calculations for accuracy, performance, and scalability
Design secure, well-documented APIs and database schemas
Add capabilities to the AI-powered assistant while improving usefulness, reliability, and user experience
Apply data privacy and responsible-use practices
Integrate and maintain third-party platforms such as payments, analytics, CRM, and data providers
Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, and properly monitored
Write clean, tested, and maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and manage technical debt

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years building and shipping web applications professionally across backend and frontend
Strong Python
Experience with Django or another backend framework such as FastAPI, Flask, or Rails
Strong TypeScript and React
Next.js is a plus
Working SQL, including schema design, query writing, and identifying N+1 queries
ORM experience is a plus
Automated testing as part of development
Experience building at least one feature calling an LLM API, including tool calls or structured output and handling model errors
Use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar, with critical review of their output
Great communication skills
Portfolio or GitHub attached with CV
