About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume needs
  • Explore communities, networks, referrals, and non-traditional channels to find and engage contributors
  • Translate project requirements into targeted searches and adapt strategies as needs evolve
  • Communicate sourcing progress, challenges, and market feedback, and flag potential risks
  • Use sourcing and conversion data to identify bottlenecks, test approaches, and improve performance
  • Use AI and automation in research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing workflows to improve efficiency
  • Partner closely with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery
  • Rapidly scale sourcing efforts when projects require high volumes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop new approaches when traditional sourcing methods are ineffective
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience using sourcing data and funnel metrics to inform decisions and improve results
  • Experience sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing projects is nice to have
  • Experience sourcing linguists, translators, or other language profiles across markets is nice to have
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams across time zones is nice to have
  • Flexibility to work regular U.S. hours or provide U.S. overlap when working in a different time zone is nice to have
