About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume needs
Explore communities, networks, referrals, and non-traditional channels to find and engage contributors
Translate project requirements into targeted searches and adapt strategies as needs evolve
Communicate sourcing progress, challenges, and market feedback, and flag potential risks
Use sourcing and conversion data to identify bottlenecks, test approaches, and improve performance
Use AI and automation in research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing workflows to improve efficiency
Partner closely with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery
Rapidly scale sourcing efforts when projects require high volumes

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong research and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop new approaches when traditional sourcing methods are not effective
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience using sourcing data and funnel metrics to inform decisions and improve results
Experience sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing projects
Experience sourcing linguists, translators, or other language profiles across markets
Experience working with global or distributed teams across time zones
Flexibility to work regular U.S. hours or provide U.S. overlap when working in a different time zone
