Develop and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Align programs with company strategic goals and client expectations
Monitor and report program progress, risks, and issues to senior management and internal and external stakeholders
Manage program budgets for cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Manage customer vendors to meet project objectives
Manage Appficiency project vendors from selection through performance monitoring
Ensure program deliverables align with the defined scope in statements of work
Identify scope deviations and communicate potential change requests to customers
Act as the primary client point of contact
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
Mentor and guide team members and foster continuous improvement
Coordinate with other departments to ensure resource availability and project requirements are met
Identify vendor needs, potential vendors, and manage vendor selection and rate negotiation
Integrate vendor project plans into the overall program plan
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain risk response plans
Proactively resolve issues and conflicts
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications
Implement program management best practices and continuously improve processes and methodologies
Prepare and present program reports covering status, financials, and outcomes
Maintain comprehensive, current, and accessible program documentation
Communicate program performance and strategic recommendations to senior management
Engage stakeholders to maintain alignment on program objectives and outcomes
Analyze stakeholders and define strategies for managing their expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in professional services, functional or technical consulting, with a strong focus on ERP, CRM, or eCommerce systems
Proven success leading and delivering complex SaaS programs across diverse industries
5+ years of management experience overseeing cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, across multiple concurrent projects
Strong expertise with the NetSuite platform
Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions
Experience managing full program life cycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
Track record of building and maintaining long-term, profitable client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and referenceability
Proficiency in project portfolio management, resource planning, and risk mitigation across large-scale programs
Skill in facilitating executive-level communications, including C-suite reporting, business reviews, and roadmap presentations
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure
Agility in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and stakeholder expectations
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies, system integrations, and third-party application ecosystems
PMP, Prince2, or similar project/program management certification is a plus
Open to travel up to 20–25%, including on-site client engagements and team coordination activities
