About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and lead the strategic direction and operational roadmap for the PMO
Own project performance reporting, including earned value management, budget health, risk, and scope-change tracking
Establish and enforce a communication plan across every project team
Lead and develop Senior Project Managers and delivery leads across a multi-project portfolio
Execute a multi-year roadmap to elevate the PMO into a directive, strategic business function
Provide feedback and take corrective action when execution drifts from strategy or plan
Partner with Global Delivery leaders on resource allocation and real-time visibility across regions, industries, and departments
Guide and resolve complex escalations across strategic accounts
Add measurable value to project management, coordination, and program management services while helping grow related sales
Champion operational excellence, continuous improvement, best practices, and innovation across the firm

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years in project delivery, consulting, or PMO leadership, ideally within ERP, SaaS, or professional services environments
At least 5 years managing managers or leading a multi-tier project team
PMP certification is a must for this role
Direct experience leading a PMO through a maturity transformation
Strong business acumen, with fluency in interpreting and acting on project financials, utilization, and capacity data
Executive-level communication skills and presence
Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Monday.com, or JIRA
NetSuite Foundation certification is considered an asset
Proven track record of scaling or transforming a PMO to support organizational growth
Deep fluency in earned value management and portfolio governance
Ability to develop Senior Project Managers into stronger delivery leaders
Sharp systemic thinking and ability to resolve firm-wide inefficiencies
