About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients to understand business processes and translate needs into practical cloud-based solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver projects
Assist senior consultants in supporting clients and project teams
Understand, validate, and document client business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality
Contribute to requirements gathering, documentation, NetSuite buildout, validation and demos, testing, and user training
Develop a thorough understanding of Appficiency’s project delivery methodology
Engage with senior executives and functional leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication
Build proficiency in the NetSuite application and its capabilities
Support clients in designing and implementing enterprise architecture
Participate in designing, building, and testing system integrations between clients’ business systems
Assist with ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects
Contribute across the project lifecycle from discovery through implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role, preferably in an ERP, CRM or e-commerce space
Experience with SaaS, IT, software, or business-model implementations such as distribution, manufacturing, retail, or media and advertising
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience on the NetSuite platform is highly recommended
Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and referenceable customer relationships
Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options and implementation approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with changing priorities
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
Construction background
Candidates residing in Vancouver are preferred
