About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and control the receipt, dispatch, transfer, return, adjustment, and write-off of materials, ensuring the accurate updating of physical, fiscal, and system records
  • Monitor the receipt and inspection of materials and fiscal documents, verifying quantities, specifications, integrity, and the intended use of items
  • Conduct and monitor cycle counts and comprehensive physical inventories, reconciling physical and system balances, identifying discrepancies, and supporting corrective actions
  • Analyze inventory inconsistencies, such as missing materials, overages, damage, obsolescence, and inactive items, proposing the necessary resolutions
  • Monitor warehouse performance indicators, preparing controls and reports to support management
  • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of material receiving, storage, preservation, picking, delivery, and control processes
  • Make periodic visits to storage facilities to monitor routines and verify process compliance
  • Provide administrative support for the transportation contract, including pickup requests, delivery scheduling, deadlines, documentation, and incident management
  • Ensure the organization and traceability of documents related to warehouse and transportation operations
  • Provide internal teams with support regarding material balances, locations, intended use, and movement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or a related field
  • A technical qualification in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field may be considered when combined with relevant experience
  • Minimum experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, physical inventories, transportation, or related areas
  • Knowledge of material receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, picking, shipping, and movement processes
  • Knowledge of inventory control, physical inventories, discrepancy analysis, adjustments, write-offs, and material traceability
  • Knowledge of preparing and monitoring performance indicators, controls, reports, and action plans
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management tools, preferably SAP
  • Basic knowledge of transportation contract management, pickup scheduling, delivery tracking, and incident resolution
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and a results-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset
  • Basic English is desirable for reading technical terms and supplier documentation
  • Valid Category B driver's license and availability to travel to storage facilities
