  • Serve as the direct liaison with customers

  • Represent Applied Materials to customers and provide professional customer service
  • Maintain an orderly work area
  • Comply with safety procedures
  • Travel 75% of the time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Develops skills to perform basic activities in own job
  • Basic diagnostic techniques and use of documentation and test equipment with assistance from senior engineers
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical problems
  • Ability to perform Tier I procedures, preventative maintenance, and wet-cleans
  • Ability to disassemble, clean, and rebuild kits
  • Follows established BKM’s and all IP guidelines
  • Complies with all safety procedures
  • Good customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Travel required 75% of the time
