Guide products through their entire lifecycle from initial concept to final qualification
Provide customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service and repair of complex systems and equipment
Work with customers and R&D teams to develop processes for advanced semiconductor chip manufacturing
Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs)
Analyze data statistically and compile reports with high-level conclusions
Troubleshoot complex problems and perform root cause analyses
Resolve process engineering and customer product issues
Understand customer technology roadmaps and create business opportunities by reflecting customer requirements
Provide process and equipment solutions through logical root-cause analysis
Collaborate on field evaluations, co-development programs, and demos
Optimize Applied Materials and customer processes and equipment performance
Provide consulting on installed-equipment diagnosis, problem solving, and system solutions
Track emerging technologies and reflect future industry trends in Applied Materials equipment
