About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with all relevant individuals in the district at all levels
  • Perform regular customer visits
  • Manage, coach, and direct all customer engineers in the district
  • Handle salary planning, career planning, corrective actions, objectives, and performance appraisals
  • Provide formal updates to employees on business, new hires, and new products
  • Initiate business reports
  • Serve as the prime interface with Product Divisions for technical support, training, spares, and reliability
  • Monitor the CSD Award Program and mentor program
  • Execute escalation procedures
  • Lead account planning with the District Sales Engineer
  • Provide system sales support plans to CSD Management, Sales, and Field Engineering
  • Prepare financial forecasts and manage district cost efficiency
  • Plan, report, and execute system installations, including pre-facility and start-up meetings and process support identification
  • Manage RMA procedures and measure engineer effectiveness
  • Manage the accuracy, understanding, and updating of Customer Engineer hours tracking
  • Conduct personal cross-checks and signatures and take corrective actions with customer engineers
