About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead day-to-day execution of the AMNA Field New College Graduate Program
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training assignments, and cohort lifecycle management across Winter and Summer cohorts
- Define cohort objectives and coordinate headcount forecasting, requisition planning, onboarding-date alignment, and resource planning
- Track cohort hiring, onboarding, and training milestones, including costs, resources, and completion timelines
- Maintain the AMNA FSO NCG Master Tracker and report information to HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Global Mobility, and Global Training
- Manage program budgets and resources, including headcount and budget forecast reconciliation and QRAM submissions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize program productivity and successful execution
- Improve program logistics, onboarding, and relocation workflows
- Lead Customer Engineer proficiency, certification, and Training Digital Checklist adoption initiatives across AMNA
- Establish reporting cadences, monitor onboarding and certification progress, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and support manager engagement
- Improve visibility into training completion, onboarding readiness, and workforce capability metrics
- Support time-to-contribution, time-to-proficiency, and long-term workforce readiness objectives
- Support Strategic Programs Office and AMNA leadership with KPI initiatives, monthly executive readouts, and program newsletters
- Guide administrative support staff, interns, or peer coordinators as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Broad knowledge and experience gained through education and applied work experience
- Working knowledge of program/project coordination practices, tools, and templates
- Familiarity with Workday, TDCL/MyCert, and QRAM
- Strong understanding of Customer Engineer onboarding, certification, proficiency development, and TDCL processes
- Understanding of program metrics including headcount forecast accuracy, cohort fill rate, onboarding readiness, and training pipeline status
- General business knowledge related to field hiring, ramp, and retention strategy
- Ability to analyze hiring/onboarding forecasts against Finance budget and headcount perspectives
- Ability to work with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, Account teams, Global Mobility, Global Training, and Finance
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, and lift
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Ability to work in environments with potentially difficult noise levels
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to support onsite onboarding-week activities and event logistics
- Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time
