About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define project and program objectives for assigned areas
  • Complete preliminary activities including outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning
  • Deliver assigned projects and programs according to product/process specifications, cost, resource utilization, and timelines
  • Document all phases of project, program, and process development
  • Report, disseminate, and transfer information to other functional areas
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety
  • Manage material and financial resources effectively
  • Work with other staff to maximize project/program productivity
  • Support change management for complex, cross-functional initiatives in operational or field-facing environments
  • Build consensus and explain difficult or sensitive information
  • Lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience delivering change management for complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Prosci certification strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated applied experience with Prosci methodology and ADKAR required
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable messaging
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across functions and regions
  • Experience supporting Field Service, Operations, or technically oriented organizations preferred
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting change approaches to program maturity and regional context
  • Experience contributing to shared frameworks, standards, or communities of practice is a plus
  • Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, distinguishing colors, and working around noise
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to wear required clean-room personal protective equipment
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
