About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end execution of assigned Non-System Order projects from order release through shipment
  • Translate customer-specific requirements into executable manufacturing and project plans
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and execution risks
  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, material, quality, and configuration requirements
  • Coordinate project scope, schedule, configuration, and readiness activities
  • Drive customer-specific configurations, engineering changes, BOM modifications, NSRs, CES requests, and other non-standard requirements
  • Assess project-change impacts on delivery schedules, manufacturing readiness, and shipment commitments
  • Facilitate project reviews, readiness reviews, production status meetings, and issue-resolution activities
  • Monitor project health, identify constraints, and initiate recovery plans
  • Partner with Master Scheduling, Operations Management, and BMO teams to prioritize deliverables
  • Lead risk identification and mitigation and escalate risks when necessary
  • Coordinate resolution of manufacturing, quality, material, and engineering issues
  • Support shipment readiness, final test coordination, documentation reviews, and production release requirements
  • Maintain project documentation, action-item tracking, schedule status, and project metrics
  • Provide status updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans to stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements to improve NSO execution efficiency, predictability, and customer delivery performance
  • Complete preliminary project activities including outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning
  • Document project, program, and process development phases and disseminate information to relevant functional areas
  • Undertake studies of new technologies and support data collection for materials and financial resources

  • Ability to manage multiple highly customized projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, change management, configuration management, and production planning processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across multiple functional organizations
  • Proven ability to manage risk, resolve conflicts, and maintain commitments in highly dynamic project environments
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, and lift
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Ability to work in environments with potentially difficult noise levels
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment in a clean room, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields
