About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide products through their lifecycle from initial concept to final qualification
Provide customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service and repair of complex systems and equipment
Collaborate with customers and R&D teams to develop processes for advanced semiconductor chip manufacturing
Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs)
Analyze experimental data using statistics and compile reports with high-level conclusions
Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analyses, and resolve process engineering and customer product issues
Support semiconductor processes at customer sites, including new equipment process verification, process debugging, acceptance support, and production introduction
Analyze data, determine failure mechanisms, identify root causes, develop improvement plans, and drive issue closure
Develop and optimize semiconductor equipment process parameters for new products, applications, and customer process needs
Design and execute technical experiments; collect, process, and analyze data; prepare technical reports and customer materials
Collaborate with customer process, equipment, and integration teams and internal engineering, applications, and product teams
Provide technical guidance on equipment configuration, process menu operation standards, and process parameter maintenance
Complete assigned training, safety requirements, certifications, and other related duties
Comply with company and customer-site safety, environmental, quality, and information confidentiality requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

2027届硕士及博士学历，微电子、物理、化学、材料科学、材料工程、电子科学与技术、集成电路、半导体器件、光学工程等相关专业
Good foundation in semiconductor processes, device physics, materials, or data analysis
Interest in semiconductor equipment and manufacturing processes
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to read technical materials and conduct basic English workplace communication
Good learning, logical analysis, experimental design, and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate efficiently with customers and cross-functional teams
Ability to adapt to customer-site working environments
Safety, quality, and confidentiality awareness
Willingness to travel domestically 20%-40%
