About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support full life-cycle recruitment and ensure a seamless hiring manager and candidate experience
- Partner with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders to understand market needs and challenges
- Review and optimize recruitment strategies
- Deploy advanced sourcing techniques and develop strategic talent maps
- Develop comprehensive talent strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional planning and delivery of university events for early talent hiring
- Prepare contract offers with hiring managers and local HR
- Communicate and negotiate offers with candidates where applicable
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, external staffing agencies, institutions, and universities
- Hire top talent for Europe business units, with primary focus on Germany
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor, Master’s or comparable degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with related/relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to work as a high-performing recruiter in a corporate, high-growth and/or fast-paced environment
- Prior recruiting experience in the technology, engineering or IT industry is desirable
- Proven experience coordinating university events or early talent initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English is essential; German language is highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws in Germany is required
- Experienced user of MS Office, Workday Recruiting or another ATS is advantageous
- Proven experience partnering and building positive relationships with candidates, managers, team members, and other stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly organized, with a focus on delivering business results
