About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for Sustainability (SCoE) products
  • Provide systems support for engineering systems in applications or reliability labs
  • Support engineering owners on assigned projects with vendors or suppliers
  • Act as intermediary between customers and factory by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel
  • Provide Beta Site Support for qualifying new Applied installations
  • Provide technical training to outsourcing engineers on installation and operation
  • Present system performance data, including Uptime, MTBF, MTBI, Availability, equipment, and process parameters
  • Support GPS in generating documentation such as CENs and BKMs
  • Create and review documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans
  • Present at the engineering level

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Above 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Preferred to have 2 years equipment experience in Applied Materials; any tool experience is acceptable
  • Able to support domestic travel frequently (25–30%)
  • Able to provide 10% global support
  • Flexible on work location in Taiwan
  • Willingness to support multiple customers with a focus on Taiwan accounts
