About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day legal advice to Product, Marketing, and other teams
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across mobile apps, product development, creative and commercial initiatives
- Monitor App Store and relevant platform policies and identify compliance requirements
- Support teams throughout product development, launch, and post-launch operations
- Advise on intellectual property, including trademark registration, copyright protection, and brand protection
- Support data privacy and consumer protection compliance
- Advise on legal and regulatory requirements for AI-powered features, emerging AI regulations, and platform-specific policies
- Coordinate legal projects with external law firms and counsel
- Manage communication, timelines, and internal stakeholders for legal projects
- Own end-to-end legal processes from research and documentation through implementation and follow-up
- Stay current on developments in technology, mobile apps, platform policies, intellectual property, and data privacy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in technology, digital products, mobile applications, or a fast-paced business environment
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, intellectual property, data privacy, consumer protection, and technology-related regulations
- Familiarity with App Store and other digital platform policies
- Ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements to mobile applications and AI-powered products
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end legal processes
- Experience coordinating with external law firms and managing legal projects involving multiple internal stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset, with strong ownership and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
