About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Apprentify's infrastructure curriculum end to end across apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, ASF, FCFJ provision and commercial short courses
- Design, refine and maintain curriculum covering IT support, networking, cyber, cloud and AI-enabled infrastructure
- Act as the technical subject-matter expert on employer and sales calls
- Support trainers and Development Coaches through delivery guidance, standardisation and continuing professional development
- Lead internal advisory meetings to evaluate performance and identify changes
- Collaborate with trainers, coaches, employers and quality colleagues to improve curriculum
- Maintain audit-readiness and respond to changing compliance requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in curriculum design and development within infrastructure, IT support, networking or wider digital training
- Working knowledge of apprenticeship standards, assessment requirements and funded provision, ideally including Skills Bootcamps, ASF, FCFJ or commercial short courses
- Understanding of digital learning platforms, e-portfolio systems and blended delivery models
- Ability to design clear, sequenced and occupationally relevant curricula
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across delivery, quality, employer and commercial teams
- Understanding of quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement within funded learning
- Enhanced DBS check required; candidate must hold it or be able to pass it
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, DET or equivalent) — nice to have
- Assessor or IQA qualification — nice to have
- Experience with Ofsted inspections or quality frameworks — nice to have
- Familiarity with vendor content from Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft or Google — nice to have
- Experience contributing to employer proposals or curriculum-led sales activity — nice to have
- Experience designing curriculum incorporating emerging technology such as AI, cloud, cybersecurity and automation — nice to have
