About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create visually functional digital products with Design Teams in Germany
- Participate in UX/UI concept creation from initial sketches to final implementation
- Create innovative high-level and detailed concepts
- Develop User Flows, Wireframes, Layouts, and Screen Designs
- Collaborate on and further develop existing Design Systems
- Work on diverse projects for well-known clients
- Collaborate with clients and developers in agile processes
- Independently present concepts and designs
- Contribute creatively to digital transformation and digital products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Located in Skopje
- Able to design an excellent first draft and actively initiate creative processes
- Flair for good User Experience, design trends, AI, and technology
- Initial contact with HMI (Human-machine-interface) projects
- Curious and interested in exploring new digital paths
- Proactive, creative, and team-oriented
- More than solid knowledge in Figma
- Initial experience with common prototyping and design tools
- Initial professional experience in UX/UI Design
- Good sense of form, color, and typography
- High design standards
- Knowledge of fundamental UX methodologies
- Conceptual thinking skills
- Diligent and solution-oriented work style
- Ability to understand and apply client material and improve it under guidance
- Ability to grasp the basics of a Design System and contribute to it
- Initial experience collaborating with developers in agile processes
- Ability to independently present concepts and designs
- English language skills at minimum B2 level
- Certificates/Diploma requested as application documents
