About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop mobile apps with Kotlin Multiplatform
Use native iOS and/or Android development when required
Develop fast, engaging websites with React, Astro, and Tailwind
Consider SEO, performance, and accessibility from the outset
Build CMS integrations, primarily with Payload
Build and maintain n8n automations
Integrate APIs for internal tools such as Asana, Grafana, and Google APIs
Write clean code and meaningful tests
Work on diverse projects in sports, health, green tech, and telecommunications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Focus on Kotlin Multiplatform
Basic knowledge of native iOS and/or Android development
Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills
Experience with React, Astro, and Tailwind
Knowledge of SEO, performance, and accessibility
CMS experience, ideally with Payload
Willingness to take ownership
Ability to identify problems proactively
Willingness to learn from mistakes and share lessons learned with the team
Willingness to think creatively and help shape solutions
Openness to working with changing tech stacks and projects
Targeted use of AI tools, especially Claude, while maintaining control over code and decisions
