About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate patient care activities and communicate between patients, providers, and clinical staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior experience in a patient coordination, clinical coordination, or healthcare administrative role
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR platforms and healthcare management software
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
  • Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week with rotating shifts Monday through Sunday
