About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the backlog for assigned AI platforms, writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria
Support sprint ceremonies including planning, standups, and retrospectives
Keep boards, dependencies, and blockers current and visible
Run functional and acceptance testing on new features, log defects, and verify fixes
Keep product documentation current, including specifications, release notes, process maps, and user-facing training material
Coordinate release logistics with engineering and the practice
Capture and synthesize requirements-gathering sessions with practice subject matter experts
Triage incoming requests and day-to-day user questions, routing unresolved issues to the appropriate owner
Prepare status updates, demo materials, and release notes
Collect and summarize user feedback after releases for prioritization
Build practical fluency in generative-AI capabilities including LLMs, document intelligence, agentic workflows, and structured output generation
Write, test, and iterate prompts and run structured evaluations of model output
Assist with testing AI models, APIs, and tooling such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Azure AI
Follow responsible AI practices involving data privacy, data residency, and client confidentiality requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in product, technology, operations, consulting, analytics, or a professional-services delivery role
Internships and rotational programs count
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
Working knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, sprints, and testing, from coursework or on the job
Genuine curiosity about generative AI and willingness to learn by doing
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized and detail-oriented, with reliable follow-through
Comfort learning unfamiliar domains quickly and asking precise questions
Exposure to public accounting or professional services preferred
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem preferred
Basic familiarity with APIs, SQL, or scripting preferred
Interest in tax, audit, or advisory domain software preferred
