About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, pursue, and help close opportunities that create new client relationships and expand existing ones across the region.
  • Facilitate collaboration between and among member firms so cross-border and cross-service opportunities are pursued together.
  • Build and manage relationships with global channel partners, connecting member firms to partner growth programs, referrals, and joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities with clear tracking from introduction through engagement.
  • Partner with member leadership to design growth plays around priority industries, services, and partners.
  • Represent Aprio Global with members, partners, and prospective clients at events and in market.
  • Synthesize market intelligence, including partner priorities, client needs, and competitive signals, to sharpen network strategy.
  • Directly influence Aprio Global's regional growth trajectory and market presence.
  • Build and shape channel partnerships with global reach and strategic impact.
  • Drive cross-border collaboration across member firms and industries.
  • Contribute to network strategy and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, channel partnerships, or go-to-market roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of pipeline development, partnership growth, and revenue generation.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders across regions and markets.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high-growth, relationship-driven environment.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Preferred: Experience working in or with professional services, accounting, or global professional networks.
