About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and mentor business analysts, setting goals, providing feedback/coaching, and balancing workload across priorities
- Partner with Assurance, IT, Development, and ePMO stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
- Elicit and document business requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications
- Analyze processes, systems, and data to develop actionable recommendations and business cases
- Drive change management and adoption through stakeholder communications, training partnership with L&D, and ongoing reinforcement
- Coordinate testing/UAT by developing test procedures and validating solutions against user needs
- Monitor and support compliance with Assurance policies, procedures, and standards
- Evaluate new technologies and platforms and provide practical guidance and thought leadership
- Shape digital transformation and process improvement initiatives affecting client and team-member services
- Collaborate across Assurance, IT, Development, ePMO, product, and UX/UI design teams
- Influence business-requirement definition, prioritization, and delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of related experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build consensus and drive change
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving and strong analytical skills
- Experience documenting processes and practices in accepted project methodology artifacts
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines
- Understanding of Agile and Project Management fundamentals
- Experience working in a matrixed organization required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel
- Familiarity with common project management and data visualization tools
- Working knowledge of SQL, including ability to write and interpret queries to extract, validate, and analyze data
