Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct multiple auditing projects and client engagements
  • Communicate with partners, staff and clients regarding expectations, engagement status and other matters
  • Initiate an active role in marketing firm services resulting in new business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Developed specialties in Non-Profit Accounting
  • 4 year bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Licensed CPA
  • 7+ years of experience working for a public accounting firm
  • Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff accountants
  • Analytical skills in relation to financial statements and other financial information
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers
  • Demonstrating initiative and willingness to lead, make decisions, and work independently
  • Master's degree preferred
