About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to a portfolio of private clients
  • Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute innovative tax planning strategies
  • Prepare and review Corporate, S-Corp, and/or Partnership returns across a variety of industries
  • Conduct tax research to support client engagements and monitor federal tax developments
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, responsive service
  • Develop deep technical expertise in federal tax compliance and consulting
  • Gain direct access to firm leadership and partners on complex, high-value client engagements
  • Work with a diverse client base spanning individuals, partnerships, S-Corps, and real estate entities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 3–5 years of experience in federal tax consulting and/or compliance in public accounting
  • Experience preparing Corporate, S-Corp, and/or Partnership tax returns
  • Proficiency with tax software and technology
  • CPA license (active or in progress)
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Taxation
  • Preferred: Real estate tax experience
