About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and other team members across the firm
- Maintain full awareness of the assigned client base, including special needs and ongoing tasks
- Serve as the primary owner of client requests, engaging directly with clients to understand needs
- Coordinate execution across internal and external partners
- Track progress through completion and proactively communicate status updates and outcomes
- Communicate with advisors and internal teams regarding open tasks and client needs
- Serve as the subject matter expert on client account activity
- Monitor for issues and escalate accordingly
- Partner with custodians and internal service teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
- Maintain understanding of the investment approach and its intersection with the client process and experience
- Own the accuracy and completeness of client data in the CRM for the assigned client base
- Help clients maximize their opportunities as part of Aprio Advisory Group, LLC
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of directly related industry experience (preferred); experience in financial planning and/or the securities industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Experience with any CRM, portfolio management, and document management software is a plus
- Robust multi-tasking with ability to work with frequent interruptions required
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, HubSpot and Schwab
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Numerical accuracy, exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
