About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Approve vendors and validate onboarding and occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation, including medical fitness certificates (ASO), Regulatory Standards (NRs), personal protective equipment (PPE), and onboarding training
- Monitor the monthly labor compliance package: payroll, timekeeping, statutory payment forms, eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, and clearance certificates
- Address nonconformities through active follow-up with vendors and escalate recurring outstanding issues
- Consolidate KPIs, dashboards, and technical reports to support client decision-making
- Serve as the clients’ point of reference for mobilization documentation, guiding adjustments and clarifying requirements
- Support and provide technical development to the Third-Party Workforce Management Assistant
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing higher education in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Occupational Safety, or a related field
- Experience in third-party workforce management, vendor management, or document auditing focused on labor compliance and occupational health and safety
- Knowledge of labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, ancillary obligations, and Regulatory Standards (NRs)
- Experience with compliance, SLA, and quality metrics
- Ability to guide colleagues and share knowledge effectively
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Education or experience in Occupational Safety is a particularly strong advantage
- Experience with third-party workforce management platforms and client portals is an advantage
- Experience in personnel administration, payroll, or labor auditing is an advantage
- Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or consulting is an advantage
- Familiarity with Power BI or dashboard tools is an advantage
