About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the preparation and updating of financial reports and analyses
  • Assist with the preparation of financial projections, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Support annual budgeting (budget) and budget review (forecast) processes
  • Monitor results and contribute to analyses of variances between actual and budgeted performance
  • Update dashboards and management reports, ensuring the organization, quality, and reliability of information
  • Support the analysis of financial and operational performance indicators
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization
  • Organize and consolidate financial information from different departments and sources
  • Support the preparation of materials for meetings and management presentations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather and validate information
  • Contribute to data organization and the continuous improvement of financial planning controls and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional experience or internship in FP&A, Controllership, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related area
  • Experience preparing reports, maintaining financial controls, and analyzing information is a plus
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and database organization
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial statements
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is desirable
  • Analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work comfortably with numbers, financial information, and different departments across the company
