About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write realistic PowerPoint tasks based on personal investment and portfolio work
- Build tasks involving decks from source documents, corporate templates, rolling decks forward and precise edits
- Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer
- Write yes-or-no checklists precise enough for an AI grader to evaluate attempts
- Apply with personal details and CV
- Verify email and book an available 30-minute group walkthrough call
- Attend the walkthrough and enter the host-shared code to unlock the task workspace
- Create and submit one original task with required input files, expected result and rubric checks
- Submit through the account for automated screening and team review
- Make revisions if requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in private equity, growth equity, private credit or corporate development
- Deep hands-on PowerPoint experience, including native charts, tables and corporate templates
- Ability to define a correct deck precisely enough for someone else to grade against it
- Clear writing; tasks must be written by the candidate, not by AI tools
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn concepts in AI and data
- Must submit original, human-authored briefs, rubrics and input materials
- Must use only materials the candidate is authorised to share, with confidential employer or client information removed
- Input-file uploads are compulsory
- Must complete a 30-minute group walkthrough call and use the host-provided code to unlock the task workspace
- Must create one original task in about 45 minutes, including the brief, input files, expected result and at least five binary rubric checks with one skill tag each
- Must follow any revision requests in the account
- Completion of onboarding does not guarantee a job offer; selection is subject to review
