About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Aqovia’s overarching AI strategy, including vision, execution, and commercial impact
- Analyse internal operational pain points and deploy AI solutions such as LLM workflows, autonomous agents, and predictive models
- Remove manual processes across corporate functions to improve operational efficiency
- Design AI tools for project costing, sales pipeline tracking, margin management, invoicing, billing, and timesheets
- Partner with enterprise clients to diagnose organisational challenges and demonstrate AI solutions
- Advise and participate in C-suite sales conversations as the technical and strategic AI expert
- Architect reusable AI frameworks, proofs of concept, and deployment roadmaps
- Support client conversion and revenue generation through AI-driven solutions and pitches
- Test prompts, build agentic flows, and validate technical feasibility
- Track internal expenses and drive revenue growth
- Deliver measurable improvements in operational ROI, client conversion, deployment speed, and project margins
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep expertise in practical AI tools, LLMs, agentic systems, automation frameworks, and data pipelines
- Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, Zapier/Make enterprise setups, and custom API integrations
- Experience in management or digital consulting
- Proven success in consultative sales and C-suite/stakeholder advising
- Capability to solve problems across HR, Legal, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Resource Planning, and Project Management
- Results-oriented focus on revenue growth and margin expansion
- Highly ambitious leadership profile with an explicit pathway toward the C-suite
