Report to the Head of Product Strategy & Special Projects and the co-founder and COO
Work directly with leadership on the company’s most important problems
Analyze difficult, ambiguous questions that may influence company direction
Research potential new markets and develop supporting analysis
Build models and plans for ambitious ideas
Connect scattered facts across the company into actionable insights
Learn quickly, challenge assumptions, and verify work before decisions are made

Perform analysis, build tools, and write documents using AI systems

Requirements

Independent projects you started and finished on your own, that you can show us
Daily, serious use of AI systems as your primary way of doing work
Experience producing analysis from raw data and defending the conclusions
Experience writing for an audience, in any form
Analytic ability and technical aptitude
Habit of noticing important details and verifying conclusions
Ability to reason from evidence and identify certainty levels
Initiative to work independently and identify problems
Ability to identify when AI systems fail
Willingness to work beyond standard hours when needed
