Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop an automation platform for Embedded SW Pipelines and V&V testing processes, integrating agentic AI capabilities to enable smarter, autonomous workflows
Take full ownership of the domain, proactively anticipating technical needs, addressing bottlenecks, and delivering comprehensive solutions
Maintain and enhance existing software for robustness, stability, and performance
Collaborate with Embedded Software and V&V teams to ensure accurate implementation aligned with priorities
Analyze failures, identify root causes, and implement effective AI-assisted solutions
Develop software tools for internal usage and production lines
Get up to speed on Arad's systems, products, projects, and existing automation platform architecture
Become proficient with development environments, tools, workflows, and AI integration strategies
Contribute to automation capabilities and agentic workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of software development experience using Python, C#, or another object-oriented programming language
Proven experience building and deploying AI agentic projects, with a strong ability to design autonomous workflows, integrate LLMs, and leverage agent-based architectures for advanced automation
Strong sense of personal ownership over your work, paired with a highly proactive, self-driven mindset
Familiarity with embedded systems and hardware interfaces such as UART, GPIO, and ADC
Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools for continuous integration and deployment
Excellent analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions
Excellent collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional engineering teams
Hands-on experience testing or automating tests for embedded, multidisciplinary products is a significant advantage
Proficient in additional scripting languages, such as Bash or similar
Hands-on experience with networked systems, including client/server architecture, cloud-based communication, and distributed systems
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control, build pipelines, and project management
