About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a technical implementation team in all aspects of solution delivery
Transform customer requirements into technical solutions using the Aras Innovator architecture and applications
Facilitate workshops and develop solutions
Build stakeholder consensus to ensure timely delivery aligned with business value
Lead and support development of requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specifications
Perform solution analysis
Develop customer-facing proposals and contribute to statements of work
Facilitate and contribute to continuous improvement of PLM solution delivery
Own overall solution delivery and provide technical leadership
Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal project managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years' experience working with enterprise software implementations in an Architect role, preferably within PLM
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Experience in Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Medical Devices, Aerospace, Defense, or Shipbuilding
Strong relationship building skills with colleagues and external customers
Effective communication in difficult customer situations
Highly organized and self-motivated; able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
Ability to create clear and understandable Requirements, SoW’s, Specification Documents, and Use Cases
Fluent in English and Swedish
Willingness to travel up to 25% within the Nordic region
Swedish citizenship required for assignments requiring security clearance in Sweden
Preferred experience in Engineering Design, Engineering Change Processes, Phase Gate Project Management, Quality Systems Processes, Manufacturing Process Planning, CMII Change Management, Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering, Maintenance Design, Planning and Execution, Configuration Management, or Variant Management
