About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to high-profile Data Center and Industrial projects
- Work alongside senior technical leaders and BIM experts
- Participate in conceptual design, basis of design, design development, IFC, and construction support stages
- Act as a project resource, completing allocated activities within budget, timeframe, and quality objectives
- Prepare BIM models according to project requirements
- Develop working drawings primarily using Revit and some AutoCAD
- Create technical content and details coordinated and reviewed by a Senior technical lead
- Maintain design intent throughout projects
- Collaborate with the GEC project Architect team lead and other disciplines to ensure project interface integrity
- Coordinate and communicate within the production team
- Review work against specified standards before checking by others
- Follow Arcadis behavioral, health, and safety principles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with a proven track record in Data Center and mission critical facility design/Industrial, including large-scale campuses and complex, multi-phase developments
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven capability across all project stages, from concept and test fits through IFC and construction support
- Strong understanding of data center/industrial facilities planning, typologies, redundancy concepts, and architectural implications
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Relevant exposure to multidisciplinary collaboration
- Experience working on German projects is an advantage
- Ability to switch between tasks and projects easily
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Open-mindedness and enthusiasm for digital initiatives and process automation efforts
