  • Lead complex multidisciplinary EIA projects and ensure exceptional client outcomes
  • Lead project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, effective project management, communication, collaboration, and adherence to professional guidance, policy and practice
  • Engage clients and key stakeholders to establish project objectives and working protocols
  • Select, lead, develop, and manage project teams to deliver project objectives
  • Build relationships with Arcadis teams, technical disciplines, offices, and external organisations
  • Identify cross-sell and trade-up opportunities
  • Lead specialist elements of bids and support high-quality winning bids
  • Coach and mentor specialist professionals
  • Develop understanding of Arcadis services, client businesses, and industry sectors
  • Maintain knowledge of industry, technical, and legislative developments
  • Develop a professional profile through conferences, publications, and technical committees
  • Follow Arcadis policies, procedures, processes, and General Business Principles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Chartered status or equivalent, preferably with the Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals (ISEP) or equivalent
  • Strong consulting skills, including project management and client relationship management at senior management level
  • Experience managing business relationships at senior management level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective technical, project management, client relationship management and commercial skills
  • Excellent understanding and practice of Environmental, Safety and Risk Management
