Key responsibilities & impact

Drive business development initiatives and market expansion strategies
Develop and strengthen relationships with owners, contractors, attorneys, program managers, and project executives
Identify and pursue opportunities within major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects
Lead strategic pursuits, proposals, presentations, and client engagement activities
Partner with subject matter experts to deliver innovative claims, dispute resolution, and change management solutions
Contribute directly to revenue growth and long-term client success

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, project controls, claims consulting, dispute resolution, change management, or related advisory services
Proven success in business development, account growth, and client relationship management
Established industry network within infrastructure, transportation, engineering, consulting, legal, or construction sectors
Strong understanding of claims, project controls, schedule analysis, dispute resolution, and capital project delivery
Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
Preferred experience with heavy civil, transportation, water, buildings, or major infrastructure projects
Preferred certifications such as CCM, PMP, PSP, CFCC, MRICS, or similar
Experience supporting large and complex capital programs preferred
CA PE license preferred but is not required
