About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of global data center programs
Provide recommendations and propose resolutions based on analysis
Analyze large volumes of data for a key technology client
Present analysis findings clearly and concisely
Collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries to oversee schedule execution and on-time delivery
Resolve issues and ensure consistency across cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating functions and deliverables
Develop and implement earned value management (EVM) processes and systems
Manage baselines, progress measurement, schedule quality analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and contingency management using Primavera P6
Identify process improvements through software tools and automation
Support cost- and resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule development, deployment, management, reporting, improvement, and modification

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep program scheduling experience related construction projects
Experience analyzing big data related to capital construction programs
Experience ensuring allocated work is completed and resources are fully utilized against an agreed program of work
Strong skills producing comprehensive and accurate schedule reports using data from BP systems and contractor-supplied information
Strong technical skills with Primavera P6, MS Project, programming, dashboards, and Excel
Excel proficiency is a must
Ability to be a self-starter with strong time management skills
Very strong oral and written communication skills
Experience working with internal and external stakeholder teams
