About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of functional changes within the relevant Enterprise applications domain
- Design and/or oversee functional solutions aligned with global standards
- Collaborate with domain BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, EUs, product owners, Technical Solution Managers and third-party vendors
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and maintain documentation and delivery standards
- Ensure global standardization and cohesion across Enterprise applications teams, with focus on business efficiency and user experience
- Apply business process and Enterprise applications domain knowledge to deliver solutions
- Support vendors in assessing and validating proposed solutions or create solutions for incidents and problems
- Lead Oracle quarterly updates with the test manager and business key users
- Participate in vendor support sessions to influence product development
- Design and deliver continuous improvement projects
- Conduct proofs of concept, functional design reviews, workshops and fit/gap analyses
- Oversee functional solution development, documentation and functional testing
- Act as functional delivery lead to third-party vendors
- Review and approve third-party functional solutions
- Ensure third-party projects are delivered within scope, budget and quality
- Own third-party functional configuration and business process improvement
- Provide functional solution direction, portfolio intake guidance, SOPs and training materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience with relevant Project Management and Workforce Planning application configuration in major ERP systems
- Preferably, a minimum of at least 3 years of the experience with Oracle Cloud
- Demonstrated experience in business process management and workflows
- Demonstrated experience in successfully designing and delivering functional changes and/or solutions in a global company with a complex business environment
