About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform field activities related to contaminated site management projects
- Participate in preliminary assessments, environmental investigations, and sampling campaigns
- Support the collection, organization, and verification of environmental data gathered in the field
- Prepare technical reports, opinions, and documents related to contaminated site projects
- Enter, update, and maintain information in environmental databases
- Support the interpretation of results and consolidation of technical project information
- Participate in meetings and liaise with clients to align activities and monitor project progress
- Contribute to document organization and control of technical information
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures applicable to the activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- Knowledge of environmental investigation and environmental monitoring activities
- Familiarity with preparing technical reports and organizing environmental data
- Basic knowledge of environmental legislation applicable to contaminated site management
- Ability to organize, consolidate, and analyze technical information
- Availability for fieldwork and travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Previous experience in contaminated site management (CSM) projects is a plus
- Knowledge of preliminary assessment, confirmatory investigation, and detailed investigation is a plus
- Familiarity with environmental databases and technical information management is a plus
- Experience in environmental consulting is a plus
