About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support project administration for multiple project managers and operations in the Midwest Region, primarily Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana
  • Track project progress
  • Prepare contract reports for management
  • Monitor project budgets
  • Prepare and distribute routine project correspondence
  • Work with project managers to ensure monthly client invoices are prepared and sent
  • Provide and analyze project financial metrics, including revenue, profitability, and accounts receivable
  • Coordinate with subcontractors on billing requirements
  • Set up new projects and update forecasts in project management tools
  • Prepare client billing documents
  • Verify invoices comply with contract terms
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets and perform quality control for billing documents
  • Participate in monthly project reviews with Finance Managers and Project Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3+ years of related experience
  • Finance background or coursework
  • Previous experience with client billing procedures
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
